If I want to stay in the same hotel, it would cost £100 more.

Really, this is really bad, so please call me to sort this mess out. It's taken my elderly aunt and me 3 years to save for this holiday, so please, please ring me back.

Awaiting refund since May 2024

I have contacted Teletext over 59 times by email and have rang and not got through. My hotel was infested with cockroaches; I had to pay for separate accommodation.

I can't get through to anyone to get a refund, nor be explained the difference in flight to the accommodation paid. Holiday was ruined; don't book with Teletext.

Sickness

Mrs and my daughter are seriously sick from both ends ! Since the 9/6 me and my son have had to pay to eat out every day as there are well over 150 people that are so sick here right now and cant get hold of anyone from teletext.

This has completely ruined our holiday and also our finances. Having to pay for food and drinks outside of the resort to try and avoid what ever it is

Absolute worse experience Ive ever had booking a holiday they take ur cash and book what ever they want no taxi even though it was paid for do yourself a huge favour dont ruin youre holiday b4 its started do not book with teletext holidays its a horrible experience a terrible company wasted thousands for nothing

Wrong information on transfer voucher

Taleletext holidays arranged our pick up from the hotel Velamar in Albuferia for 22.00 when our Ryanair flight leaves Faro at 20.00 therefore 2 he's after our flight leaves.

We have paid for transfers in our total holiday cost. But when I phoned the transfer company sunseekers they was not interested they said they can only follow there original instruction...

So I phoned customer service tested holdays. And the said they would have to refund original payment and asked us for our card details to reboot our transfers at a correct time.

She said I would be forwarded an email confirming our new booking of £60 but the too £156 I don't know why but I haven't received a change of pick up time email...

Refund - complaint

Teletext holidays are not contactable. They owe us a refund from 10 months ago.

The claim has been passed onto trusted travel association but they are not contactable either. The refund is for accomodation only as we flee out to fuerteventura only to find out they had cancelled our accomodation so we had to pay again to get somewhere to stay.

I have the same experience with them and truly travel paid holiday off when was supposed to be paid this was for a holiday in Tenerife for myself the wife son and his partner two grandkids one who 19 months and the other was 10 months and a family friend this for end November 2021 got the flights no probs got to accommodation different story I had to pay to stay there for the week so that’s us paid twice it’s a dam disgrace I got paid back in January this year but still waiting on the original accommodation and transportation costs to the sum of £929.23 so don’t trust nobody unless respected travel agents

Gran booked and paid in full in 2020. They canceled the holiday, told her she had to claim money back using a form on the website.

Have filled that in in January suposed to take 21 days for it to be back in bank and we are still waiting no one at customer services call you back and they change there number all the time. And to top it off now my gran has passed away and she never got her money back.

That money would of made her more comfortable at the end of her life . Complete and utter *** company DO NOT USE THEM

My booked holiday resort and flights are not matching

TT811273 this is my holiday reference number is being changed several times during the pandemic but now EasyJet send me different flights and my booking emails has different flights with the resort and everything all inclusive
